February is without a doubt the month of love and we’ve picked some great films for you to enjoy at this romantic time of year, so grab your partner to share in the romance or gather your single friends (and a large bag of Malteasers) to drown the sorrows of singledom together!!
First up we have The Vow starring Rachel McAdams famed for her roles in both The Notebook and The Time Travellers Wife. Supporting our leading lady is the lush and lovely Channing Tatum. We’re sure that this romantic drama will have you sobbing into your popcorn in no time!
It’s been a long time since we’ve had good weepy love story to get into and this romantic number is just what we needed. Based on true events, the film tells the story of Paige and Leo, a happily married couple, until one night a car crash changes their lives forever, leaving Paige in a coma. When Paige awakens, Leo’s relief is soon short lived, as she has no recollection of the man claiming to be her husband. The story develops as Leo fights to convince Paige of the love they shared, as her parents try to draw her away from him. Will Paige fall in love with him all over again, or will their love be lost in her memory forever?
Sad as it may be, we’re sure if their love is lost forever, there will be hundreds of girls more than happy to comfort you Leo!
One For The Money

Our next loved up offering is based on the best selling book by Janet Evanovich, ‘One For the Money’ and stars the leading lady of laughter herself, Katherine Heigl If you didn’t manage to drag your man along to see The Vow, or the thought of more heartbreak was just too much for you, then this romantic action comedy could be right up your street!
When Stephanie Plum played by Katherine Heigl finds herself not only jobless with no money, but also recently divorced and single, it seems like things are never going to pick up for her. Just as we are thinking the unlucky in love star has nowhere to turn, an unlikely job offer from her cousin sees her working in a bail bonds business.
With no idea or practical experience of how to be a professional Bounty Hunter, despite plenty of help from her dishy mentor, the laughs soon start flowing as our gutsy heroine takes on the biggest case on the books.
As Stephanie steps out to prove she’s got what it takes to be a bad ass Bounty Hunter, things soon get personal as the renegade cop on the run turns out to be Stephanie’s high school sweet heart, and landing him in jail is just the pick me up she needs right now. Hot on his tail, guns aren’t the only thing blazing as something about his case doesn’t seem right? Will Stephanie land herself a huge payout or a handsome new man?
This film is definitely high on our list of must-sees this month and we can’t to see it!!
